This place is the real deal! Finally a good Mexican taco truck in the Hudson Valley. Portions are super generous and prices are fair. We got the Torta Mexicana and the Birria Tacos and they were awesome. Officially our new regular stop!

Delicious food and good service. You can see inside the kitchen and it was impeccable! A very clean, tasty and economical place.

Our story

From Guerrero to Queens to Highland

We started cooking in Queens in 2006. The recipes come from further south — Acapulco and Chilpancingo, in Guerrero, where our family grew up.

In 2024 we brought the truck to Highland. Everything is cooked when you order it, with handmade corn masa in the sopes, gorditas, and tlacoyos.

  • Cooked to order
  • Fresh corn masa
  • Family-run

Feeding a crowd? We cater parties and events across the Hudson Valley.
